Everyone in the fourth branch of US government
appears to have access, as they thumb their nose
to Congress and ‘rape’ American democracy,
small business and conservatives.

I set up a little webdav/apache server https server for transferring personal files between family members on the Internet. I was concerned about entities snooping my traffic. I didn't expect the government to be doing it. I was naive. Apparently, the fact that I encrypt my transfers might mean that I get extra scrutiny.

If elements of USG have everything, all citizens have ever expressed upon the Internet or phone lines, this would include law enforcement officers (FBI,CIA,local), military officers (think Generals), judges and congressmen. This clearly enables certain parts of gov to control via blackmail etc. other parts/people of gov.

Maybe key legislative votes and key judicial decisions are bent this way...

Maybe generals or high level officials are forced to resign or lie or do as they are told this way...
