All these leftist concerns are down the tubes in circulation, advertising revenue, ratings, viewers,...you name it. Therefore the vast majority of the country doesn’t subscribe to their ideology. In fact just the opposite.

And yet the ‘smart’ girls and metrosexuals in the Republican Party are convinced that conservatism is not the way to go to win elections.

Is there something wrong with the business model of circulation halving and doubling the price, circulation halving and doubling the price, circulation halving and doubling the price, ....???

business model of circulation halving and doubling the price

Your average newspaper reader just drops the subscription; however, since my wife insists on reading the local rag, I called circulation and told them I would not renew at the price quoted; they quoted a lower price--"nope too high"; and we kept going until I got it cheaper than their introductory subscription price. I'm still paying for slanted news and libtard editorials, but it keeps peace in the family and the comics aren't bad.

I would like to see a conservative person or group buy the Globe. Afterall, aren’t these conservatives all rich. /s
By the way, why aren’t major newspapers or main stream media owned by conservatives?

“Paging the Koch bros. Oh the irony....”

We are asking too much of the Kochs! They’d loose their a$$ in Boston. But then again, it’s pocket change to them and they could probably claim it as a loss on their taxes, or call it a “political donation” and just shutter it.

Just another symptom of the Obama Economy.

There are examples in my own back yard. A mall here just sold for 1/10 of its assessed value. An AM radio station sold for roughly the price of a Hyundai Elantra.

Wouldn’t it be great if there were no bidders “in the range of $100 million”?
