A man suspected of having invaded that New Jersey home and severely attacked the woman, including throwing her down the basement stairs has been arrested and charged with first degree attempted murder, first degree robbery, 2nd degree burglary and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He’ll likely serve a couple years and be back in the streets in time to cast his vote for Hillary in 2016.

What really made this a sensational story here in NJ was that it happened in an area where raids from the Newark Welfare Reservation are rare; people in Millburn live as though they are 1,000 miles from Newark (they’re actually not far at all). Many of the areas south and west of Newark resisted having highway exit ramps in their towns to prevent this from happening; when the PATH rail line was completed (trains connecting NYC to Newark) suggestions that it continue westward were quickly quashed by the wealthy people living in western Essex County. They knew these things would be the result.
Needs killing. Zero recidivism.
So it's really our fault.

There are a couple of other factors involved. If the law was applied fairly and to its fullest extent the prisons would be bursting at the seams with black males. That would be RACIST!
Also, our judicial justice system was designed to handle civilized men not savage brutes like this felon. To creatures like him prison, with it's 3 hots and a cot, free medical, free gym, free cable, no work, no bills, no rent, and all the drugs and on-the-down-low sex he can handle is no deterrent.

The people who push that line are more determined than ever to prevent these people from being born. The “war on women” has always been a thinly-veiled “war on blacks”.

His past didn’t seem violent enough. If any judge thought this creature would attack his family, he would have never been released.
Now that he has hunted prey in a white, fairly well-off area, he’s going away for a long time. They’re only allowed to hunt each other (then nobody even looks for them).

Actually if the law was applied fairly they’d be more civilized; it would serve as the deterrent it was designed to be.
Don’t fool yourself. This guy will be a hero in prison. He will be insulated and protected by black prison gangs.

Sadly, it was only the 500th execution here in Texas. Most of us would be in favor of a lot more.
