It would be nice if judges took into account chronic criminality.

I just did some quick napkin math. They report felony convictions dating back to the early 90's. He may of well had his juvenile records sealed. I think this perp is rotten to the core.

The fault now goes back to every judge that had encounters with this monster and every prosecutor that plea bargained lessor sentences. Our "justice system" is not fixable.

I sure wish we could have this savage here in Texas. Number 500 was executed just a couple of days ago and Shawn Custis ought to be given an express boarding pass for #501.

I believe that Mad magazine meant to mock our governor. For this Texan, I think our record with executions is just great but needs to be applied more aggressively and the time for appeal reduced significantly. See my longtime tag line.

When people insist on voting for Democrats election after election they end up with crappy judges like this.
