At the rate it’s going now, his lawyers would be fools to let him testify. The state has not met their burden of proof as yet. You only put the defendant on the stand if they are losing badly and it’s your last hope to testify. He could only do himself harm by testifying.

The state has strengthened the story of G.Z. In fact the state has done a find job for the defense.

Then whoever laid out the security cameras is stupid. That’s the whole point of having the stickers on the doorways: To be able to accurately scale the pictures of perps as they head out the door.

We can see he towered over the guy behind the cash register.

Maybe black conservatives should start refering to white limousine liberals as “creepy ass crackers”. Pure Alinsky.

The PATHETIC LEFT’S has only lies to rely on trying to bend the facts to fit their DELUSION OF A RACIST MOTIVE for the shooting, where none exists. It’s no different than the lies they have to make in defense of their AGW scam.

Actually, the fomenting of discontent and then the coverage of it, and the full-blown coverage of disasters large and small, trials of pretty murderesses, and the like are what FUND their ability to spread their ideology! They have it both ways.

The Los Angeles Times has laid off at least 11 employees Friday as it seeks to reduce head count in advance of a potential sale.

. . . and I would say so, even if Zimmerman is (heaven forefend) found guilty. For NBC and their patently tendentious editing of the Zimmerman hotline call in particular, that is such a slam-dunk that NBC is guilty even if Zimmerman were also held to be guilty.
But the big picture is that journalism as a whole is the perpetrator of a fraud against Zimmerman - but also against you and me because he is being branded a white conservative, even tho he is neither. That explains why the case matters to us. And it is indeed possible and legitimate to sue journalism as a whole. Simply sue the Associated Press and its membership. IMHO that is the crucial step in counterattacking the “liberal” propaganda machine, because otherwise the individual target you sue will successfully claim that it relied on the rest of journalism as its source in general.

The MSM are enemies of the people!

People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices. It is impossible indeed to prevent such meetings, by any law which either could be executed, or would be consistent with liberty and justice. But though the law cannot hinder people of the same trade from sometimes assembling together, it ought to do nothing to facilitate such assemblies; much less to render them necessary. - Adam Smith, Wealth of Nations (Book I, Ch 10)
Instead of calling it “the MSM,” call it wire service journalism. Because the wire services represent a continuous virtual meeting of all major news outlets in the country. According to Adam Smith’s dictum above, the Associated Press must, after a century and a half, be little else but a conspiracy against the public.

Legal experts on TV are PAID by the network and not the defendant. O’Mara and West rresent GZ. What happens in the courtroom counts and not what the TV boobs say.

Dork.

Shame on you, DeLuca, for using your position within the press to libel Zimmerman.

If Zimmerman is found not guilty, race riots have already been promised.

Nice going, sparky - you and your fellow propagandists are a big part of the problem in which we find our society.

Pro-PAGAN-dists.

A Miami Herald article said he was 6’3”. That’s consistent with the picture of him at the counter with the 5’10” clerk.

There will be a riot even if he is convicted. . .”they” (Holder’s people) will riot because they can, because they will be celebrating “getting even,” and if that means rioting and hurting innocent (mostly White) people, so much the better.

And the MSM will blame it all on “institutionalized racism” of the White population or some other such nonsense.
