Works for me. The Republican party is incapable of becoming conservative, or re-branding itself successfully enough to win.
To: Jim Robinson
You betcha!
We’re madder than Hell and not going to take it anymore.
We fight while we still have a Republic to save!
God help us.
Keep praying.

Got to be careful with that naming business. “Freedom Party” as a name already has a lot of baggage:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_Party
Ought to be something more quintessentially American, like Tea Party, or I’m sure she’d be welcomed by the Constitution Party, which already exists and is well-synced up with Tea Party/Reaganesque values. There are other choices. Just sayin ...

I think you’re right on all counts.
God bless and keep you.

Levin is behind her, and the way the other big name talkshow hosts complain about the GOP stabbing everyone in the back, they will probably follow also. Hannity, Rush, Wilkow, and others would probably follow suit. The best part is that they have Sarah’s attention, and they’ll announce it nationwide for the people.

I like Sarah. If she ran as an I, she would be subjected to so much slander and innuendo from both of the putrified political parties and the media collaborators will work it into a frenzy. She better wear kevelar underwear.

Why not? They dumped her a long time ago (and stabbed her in the back).
I’ve never understood why she has stayed in the GOP after the way they treated her.

You just know Boehner will try his best to push something through that can be dismantled in conference, then weep and act surprised.
I will be praying, though.

She is loyal to a fault. She gave her whole life to the GOP and she didn’t want to admit to herself they are what they have become.
Think 5 stages of grief.
But she is getting over it, Thank God. And unleashed, she will be unstoppable.
To: harpu
That means in Texas, which is probably more anti-GOPe than any other state, we bring 11 out 38 (just under 30%) DC types to the Freedom Party movement. The seemingly impossible is such until it happens.
I believe the Freedom Party would definite stir to action many tens of millions who have tuned out politics -- knowing both parties screw them.
A new second party is inevitable.

Absolutely.
Without prayer, we’d be LOST.

If Palin moves, I believe it will be critical for her to start a more-American worker sort of party. To capture a significant portion of Dems. American workers, are what makes America strong.Sarah in her speech in Indianola (sp) Iowa made a frontal attack on crony capitalist.
In that speech Sarah stated she was for eliminating the Corporate Income tax.. She said that much of the regulating class, corrupted by corporate interests would end.
The result would be a much, much more friendly environment for business, true competition of the marketplace..
This alone will help pull back many overseas jobs and dramatically increase job growth here...
