Watch and learn with emphasis to some to “watch.” Yesterday the thread was IMHO, hijacked by two or three people on one or two topics.
I apologize for my posts about the car testimony in My Cousin Vinny. But the refusal by editor-surveyor to let the phone delay issue go was kinda wierd.

Lots of bickering and arguing and jumping to conclusions in the threads on this trial. I am no longer pinged to this thread for I don’t know what reason, so I’m wondering I am the only one?
We know who the hijackers were, I suggest we all simply ignore them and not post to them. IF a misstatement of fact occurs, I suggest that the response and correction should be a general post, not directed to the offenders in question.
I can’t remember everything I said yesterday, but I know I mentioned chicken and waffles. I apologize to you and any others that I distracted. This is an important trial.
