Restaurants, hotels, contractors and other small business owners have aggressively limited their employees to a 30 hour week to avoid Obozo Care, killing their business.
Many owners are cooperating with each other to enable good workers to work with other small businesses.
Young healthy singles/couples are negotiating their health care with doctors on a cash per visit basis. They can’t afford the costs of Obozo care via insurance, and they are healthy and don’t want to pay for the health care of the illegals and chronic unemployed.
On Tuesday, the administration unexpectedly announced a one-year delay, until after the 2014 elections, in a central requirement of the law that medium and large companies provide coverage for their workers or face fines.
