It is noteworthy that most blacks see blacks as racist than whites too.
Oprah said blacks hate blacks of different shades. It is a tribal thing and their hatred of everyone spans centuries.
Blacks also hate blacks of different classes. The elitist blacks like Jesse Jackson are always glad to see whites walking behind them on the street.

What the survey doesn’t do is define the term “racist” to the respondents.
I would offer that non-blacks use the word in the classic, accurate sense, whereas ‘blacks’ are trained to skew the definition of “racism” to just about everything they don’t like to see or hear.
*IF* Rasmussen HAD said, “defining racism/racist as _______, how would you rate ....” then the study would be FAR more relevant.
If only 15% of America considers whites to be racist, that is an EPIC EPIC EPIC FAIL! for our Mainstream Media.

Yes, but racist blacks are proud of it, and can be openly racist. What happened to the jackazz who called for the death of white babies, before national media? That’s right-nothing. It’s strange that no one takes these threats seriously, considering crime statistics. Or maybe they do, and that’s the point.
How many people have ever heard of the “Zebra Killings” serial murders perpetrated by the Black Panthers, and “scored”? From lower to higher points-white males, white females, white children.

It’s this tribal thing that keeps them murdering each other at record numbers. 93% of blacks murdered are murdered by other blacks. The EPIDEMIC IS THEMSELVES, NOT WHITEY.
Whitey ain’t pulling the trigger. Anything to distract off the real problem. They don’t want to admit it and admit they themselves are their own worst enemy, because that means they have to own the problem, and that means they have to solve the problem. Nobody else can fix a black problem except the blacks.
Nobody forces them to admit the real problem and stop continually blaming everyone and everything else for their situations.
I never met racism in person until having a black housemate in school. Used the N word as often as he used nouns in sentences, and accused every white person of being a N-——. The most unapologetically bigoted hater I ever met.
This was very dangerous territory for Scott Rasmussen to tread. I predict that he will be excoriated by the media for coming up with “incorrect” data.
