Boys with sisters are more likely to be 'sexist and Republican because they are never made to cook or clean' research claims
Having only female siblings makes boys more likely be Republicans as adults, new research claims.
Professors from Loyola Marymount University and Stanford University analyzed surveys completed by more than 3,000 individuals when they were aged ten plus in 1987 and again a decade later.
They concluded that men in their 20s and 30s who grew up with sisters and no brothers were 8.3per cent more likely to identify as Republican because they developed 'more traditional views of gender'.

Well, I have 4 sisters and I started out my voting career by voting for Jerry Brown (thus the screen name). It only took Jimmy Carter and a stint overseas as a married junior airman to change my mind. By the way, three of my sisters are conservatives. The odd one out is a raving lunatic liberal. Makes for interesting family reunions.

I have both sisters and brothers. I’m one of nine. What made me a Republican are the evil, execrable democrats. Now the Republicans, at least the GOPe, are doin’ their d@mnedest to make me something else.

Well, clearly, you are a 3-legged anteater with gourmet tastes and hobo style; you're self-centered when you aren't giving generously to charity and adopting stray puppies! And, you're obviously confused about actually having brothers AND sisters; you more likely have brothers OR sisters, depending on with which you are more angry at any given time!

I had three sisters. They’re all huge libs. They did virtually no housework, apart from doing the dishes, when they were kids and never even learned to cook. One is single and the other two’s husbands do all the cooking.

Well, they got the Republican part right - but I always thought having three younger sisters tended to make me more protective, supportive, and communicative with females than many others - maybe that’s what passes for “sexist” these days.....
Yes, “sexist” these days means you treat women with repsect and not like sex objects.
