Could Detroit’s money trouble be holding up justice in a high-profile double murder case?
It’s been nearly a year since 18-year-old Jacob Kudla and his 17-year-old friend Jourdan Bobbish left their Westland homes — never to be seen alive again. Their bodies were found five days later in an overgrown field near City Airport, along Lyford Street at French Road on Detroit’s east side. Both were found dressed only in undergarments, with a gunshot wound to the head.
“They beat the kids up, put them in the trunk of a car and took them to a field and shot them for the fun of it,” Bernie Kudla, Jacob’s dad, told WWJ’s Marie Osborne.

“I wake up every morning sad with a broken heart, thinking I have to go through another day of this,” he said. “Jacob was the best thing ever and, you know, I was waiting for grandkids, and that will never happen.”
“The only thing that keeps me going today is trying to get justice for him. That’s the only reason I get up,” she said.
The parents said they are especially frustrated because police told them that the people responsible for her son’s death are already behind bars, awaiting trial on two other murders.
“We know how, we know where, we know who, the police department knows who, the prosecution knows who,” Vergie Kudla said.
Officials have told the family that there isn’t enough evidence to try the case, so they can’t sign an arrest warrant for the two alleged killers. The family, however, said there is plenty of evidence. The couple feels that the prosecution is just unwilling to go forward because they have the perpetrators on other cases.

Best advice is to move out of Detroit, Chicago, LA, etc. before they kill you and yours. Probably better to start over than with nothing than end up in a ditch dead with nothing.
On a side note, the method used in stripping them and then beating them sounds like copycat of the NJ thugs that did on a street corner in Mayor Bookers town.

You don’t announce it, they might put them in protective custody. If one were going to do something like that - and I’m not advocating vigilantism - but if one were so inclined... Best just to do it, and keep your mouth shut about it before, during, and after.
If you can provoke them into an attack you can legally kill them in Detroit.
Sound advice, but we shouldn’t have to rely on firepower to deal with what is essentially a social problem. Especially when you consider that many of the victims of black violence are children and teenagers in mixed schools, who would never have recourse to such means to defend themselves.
Most whites have already moved out of those places, long ago. It hasn’t solved the problem. Our government pays for the criminals to follow us wherever we go, and we can’t keep running from reality forever.

True enough, that’s commonly the case with spree killers. The systematic disarmament of the honest part of America makes the situation worse than it needs to be; disarmament either by questionable law or by hysterical memes (it’s not for no end purpose that liberals have given us inflexible rules that pointing a finger and saying bang bang gets a toddler chucked out of school). Spree killers would be more likely to meet armed honest citizens, putting a damper on the desire of future would-be killers to go on sprees.
