Saw the video. The male perp hadn't considered the presence of surveillance cams, and forgot to remove his U.S. govt. issued facility access badge (clearly visible in the video) from around his neck before doing the break in.

Not legible, but I’d bet the right computer forensic technique could enlarge and enhance it to reveal if, in fact, it’s U.S. Govt. issued and which agency issued it.
