Hillary Clinton’s answer to the has-been charge
Politico ^ | 8 Jul 2013 | MAGGIE HABERMAN

Republicans in search of an attack line against Hillary Clinton have begun to cast her as a tired relic of the past — an implicit contrast to their own bench of up-and-comers like hip hop-listening Marco Rubio and libertarian-leaning Rand Paul. But Democrats are confident that giving voters the chance to make history by electing the first female president — by definition a forward-looking act — would trump any argument that Clinton is too 20th century and give her a “change” mantra of her own

“If Secretary Clinton runs, she’ll be the nominee — the first female nominee of either party,” said Stephanie Cutter, a former top adviser to the Obama White House and campaign. “That breaks through the ‘old’ tagline that the Republican geniuses are cooking up because, if handled correctly, women of all ages will absolutely be inspired by that. I don’t recommend that be the totality of her message or platform, but there’s no way to hide that fact and it certainly shouldn’t be discounted. “

It’s the type of “first” campaign that was a hallmark of the Barack Obama 2008 effort, even if he didn’t overtly run that way. Clinton ran a campaign that was focused primarily on experience and strength in 2008, after the pollster for her poll-driven campaign found that her gender could hurt more than help.

Yet this time, with a different political environment and, most likely, the absence of an Obama-like figure to contend with in a primary, Democrats believe that Clinton’s potential to become the country’s first female to win the White House would galvanize voters of all ages...................These idiots are dreaming or smoking bad weed.

I agree! However, I still can’t believe that a no one, never was, back bencher like Obama ever got elected pResident in the first place. Much less reelected.

So what to I know?

Is there any end to this “let’s make history” thing? The first black president. The first woman president. The first gay president? The first little person president? The first blind president?

Under Obama 101 Million Americans are now receiving Food Aid from Federal Government...that’s more than the total number of private sector workers…

I’m sure can Hillary boost it to 150 million where few would have to work. That alone will get her elected.

Hillary is a ‘never was’ not a ‘has been.’ She has screwed up everything she has ever done other than her numerous perjured testimonies under oath. Some of her failures include Hillary Care, her run for the presidency and Benghazi.

Hillary is a fossilized Sixties relic.

By contrast, at age 69 Ronald Reagan was inaugurated as a breath of fresh air & youthful optimism.

What the Rats are saying is we need to vote for Hillary, because we need to elect a woman to the White House... not because she’s the best candidate for the job.

(from the article):” “If Secretary Clinton runs, she’ll be the nominee — the first female nominee of either party,” said Stephanie Cutter, a former top adviser to the Obama White House and campaign. “That breaks through the ‘old’ tagline that the Republican geniuses are cooking up because, if handled correctly, women of all ages will absolutely be inspired by that. “

More specificly , “That breaks through the ‘old’ tagline that the RHINOe ( elites) are cooking up ...”

Also , lest we forget , Hillary’s academic Masters thesis was all about Saul Alinsky and application of Saul’s “Rules for Radicals “.
If you think the : economics/ judicial / foreign policy / jobs /stateism / Federal overreach was bad under Zero ,..
You haven’t seen anything yet !
Hillary not only studied directly under Saul Alinsky, himself ,
she also espouses his political philosophy of activism.
Saul Alinsky ,himself , wanted Hillary to be his activist successor ; she chose politics and political career !

What she meant was:

“That breaks through the ‘old’ tagline that the Republican geniuses are cooking up because, if handled correctly, “UGLY” women of all ages will absolutely be inspired by that.
