Does the proposed immigration reform bill stop illegals from receiving food stamps?

The most powerful lobby pushing food stamps is Giant food corporations including General Mills, Kraft-Nabisco, Quaker Oats etc. I saw on TV a debate between those lobbyists with counter parts who want to cut food stamps.

The banks administering the program are making a fortune on it too.
