A very moving video and story of how their Prescott Fire Department brothers went up the hill to recover the fallen hotshots. One of the fire fighters went up to recover his son who died along with 18 others.

I hope they keep a close eye on the survivor and he gets lots of care, the guilt he is going to feel will be overwhelming.

The best don’t get to stay here with us. We go on without them, missing them even if we didn’t know any of them personally. We get to stay here with the urban gangs and other types. It must be a beautiful place where they go. I hope I am worthy to see them later on.
