Republicans accuse Obama of exceeding authority

In the courts of law and public opinion, congressional Republicans increasingly accuse President Barack Obama of exceeding his constitutional authority for the benefit of special interests, most recently by delaying a requirement for businesses to provide health care for their workers.

In one instance, Senate Republicans formally backed a lawsuit challenging the president’s appointment of three members of the National Labor Relations Board without confirmation. The Supreme Court has agreed to review a ruling in the case, which found that Obama overstepped his bounds.

Most recently, the White House’s decision to postpone a key part of the president's health care law drew rhetorical denunciations Tuesday from Republicans who, ironically, want to see the law repealed in its entirety. …

So what at the republicans in the RNC and other money reublican laundering clubs going to do about nobama exceeding his authority. So far all I’ve seen are the “old timers” sending out letters asking for money, telephoning for more money, then sitting back in dc on their thumbs straight up where the sun don’t shine. They have been whining, crying, with their hands out ever since nobama won election the first time. What did they do in the campaign for 2012??? They belittled one another and tried to shame conservative republicans because they didn’t follow the republican/democrat line. They would not allow the word CONSERVATIVE be used or the word TEA PARTY.
The Tea Party did help to elect some to dc, but not enough to stop the onslaught of democrat/obama communism/jihad of America. Boehner has been there too long, McCain too long, too many to mention...we need to rid the Republican Conservative party of so many “yes to democrats”. We need to knuckle down and find some Americans, other than lawyers to stand up for American citizens and forget the “new comers” who want their way in our country, after leaving theirs. I’m speaking muslims and their like.

How about they DO something about it instead of just point it out?

They are also very good at not acting for the good of the nation because they are too concerned about how any given situation may or may not help them get reelected.

“THIS IS NUTS!” Mark Levin slams Obama over insider threat program, calls it totalitarian, police-state

It’s been revealed tonight that the Obama administration started an ‘insider threat program‘ in 2011 after Bradley Manning gave classified information to Wikileaks. It’s basically a program to get federal employees to spy on each other and report back any ‘suspicious activity’ and it even has its own offices. And it all began with an executive order by Obama himself. See the link above for more information about it.

Mark Levin finds this program extremely concerning, so much so that he spent his entire 3rd hour discussing it. He said this president clearly has a police-state, totalitarian mindset and that federal employees and contractors should be furious about this program. He says it’s way over the line, calling it ‘absolutely nuts’ and says no one should be defending this program. If they do, they aren’t conservative.

Interesting that I have not heard one -not one- word of protest from any of the supporters of the health care bill. What a bunch of stooges.

The article indicates the lawsuit and its trip through the courts and now headed to the SCOTUS...now look at the responses above with everyone saying it “took them 5 years”, “they are just now saying this?”, etc.

“...for the benefit of special interests, most recently by delaying a requirement for businesses to provide health care for their workers.”

What an opportunity for Republicans! For years the Democrats have attacked Republicans for favoring business. Now Obama is favoring business at the expense of the middle class by delaying requirement for business but not individuals. Jump on it Republicans.
