BOSTON (AP) Survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing will watch as the young man who could face the death penalty for the attack appears in court for the first time since he was found bleeding and hiding in a boat in a suburb days after the April 15 explosion.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's arraignment was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in federal court in Boston. He has been charged with using a weapon of mass destruction in the bombings that killed three people and wounded more than 260.

That’s bomber, not terrorist... The MSM has declined to use the T word in describing someone who sets a bomb on a busy public street. And rarely is his religion mentioned, as it might imply that Islamic terrorists attacked the Boston marathon...

My heart bleeds.

Meanwhile in the same building the Whitey Bulger circus continues. Yesterday’s highlights featured fist fughts and F bombs.
Nice to see that Boston is back to normal.
This terrorist is not an “alleged bomber”.
He is a known terrorist killer of innocent Americans.
The left has pussified our culture to the point that people are too candy-ass to even state the truth about anything related to Islam, black skin, global climate, killing viable babies in the womb, sodomy and every other liberal cause.
Now we are at the point where the Obama Media doesn’t even question calling a known killer an “alleged killer”.
They don’t bat an eye when the closet muslim in the White House officially labels the mass slaughter of innocent Americans by a muslim at Fort Hood as “Workplace Violence”.
And most of our population is so under informed or gutless to even think this is wrong.
He is referred to as the “alleged bomber” because under the American system of jurisprudence, he is presumed innocent until found guilty.
That’s how it works. The United States legal system is not that of the former USSR, North Korea or the People’s Republic of China.
Of course I understand that.
But if you look back at our history, before the "Age Of Oversensitivity" set in, someone who was known to be guilty of a crime was openly referred to as the perpetrator, the robber or the killer.
A person who was observed commiting a crime wasn't thought of or referred to as an "alleged" criminal.
Now we are supposedly too advanced and refined to speak so clearly and accurately about criminals and terrorists.
