The United States Justice Department released the results of a lengthy investigation into the Miami Police Department and the results are anything but what Miami officials wanted to see.

“Based on our comprehensive review, we find reasonable cause to believe that MPD engages in a pattern or practice of excessive use of fore with respect to firearm discharges,” the Justice Department said in a letter to Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado and Miami Police Chief Manuel Orosa.

For the past three years, the race card baiters have been screaming about cops shooting thugs....thugs who try to KILL them, by the way.

Investigations have supported police, even investigations done by a black lead administrator.

Enter Eric the Red. He and his cabal throw the Miami police under the bus....and appease their urban base.

Sounds like casus belli to me once the Zimmerman verdict comes down. Racist cops, corrupt judicial system, All the elements needed to start a riot.

Get with the program - remembering “Diversity Is Our Strength”, embrace diversity.

Better so do in a divers dry suit with an attached helmet. However, as ‘diversity’ is derived from the root words ‘divisive’ and perversity’, better do the embracing with a Liberals equipment.

Or, boil yourself afterwards.

DOJ is definitely desiring to start a race war.

Obama attempts huge martial law over-reach, obvious places will either not fall for it or reject it.

Then we see what happens.

Obama can’t wait to balkanize the country more.

The end goal is to put local police departments under the control of the ‘justice’ department, the one that refused to prosecute the Black Panthers for their lawbreaking.

Something is especially rotten about releasing this report right now. This is because with the Zimmerman verdict, Miami is the #1 target for major race riots. This can be said with some certainty, because in 1980, Miami had a race riot based on a Rodney King event, but two years before Rodney King.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1980_Miami_riots

Importantly, this was during the Democrat Carter administration, so it was not a big media event. But two years later, the Rodney King riot was widely publicized, because Ronald Reagan was in office.

In any event, along with the Judicial Watch release of information that the Justice Department had itself stirred up racial hatred against Zimmerman in March-April; this suggests that the Justice Department is *planning* and *encouraging* a riot in Miami, and wants to inhibit the police response against the rioters.

If such a plan does exist, I would strongly encourage anyone who lives in Miami to be armed and prepared to fend off what amounts to government-sponsored rioters.

Race war... with 5 guys with deer rifles for every disorganized feral street thug in the country?

Again, this is why I think they (Holder and Obama) expect to use federal force on behalf of “their people”.

Sure Holder, you want "your people" to have the ability to fire on the police but they can't return fire in defense of their life? And you fell this way all because "your people" might get killed for their complete disregard of the law -- just like you disregard the law.

As to some officers being involved in multiple shootings, that you imbecile comes with trying to be the police in a jungle full of feral animals. Oops, I mean "your people".

(ESAD homie)

The same could be said about most big cities; and it would be true. Even liberal Seattle has a very poor record on excessive use of force.
