I looked at the Trijicons for $2,500+, but I have 2 (TA01s) on AR-15s at $3,000ea, and very expensive Leupold glass on AR-10s & Barrett .50 BMG.
Beowulf’s effective range is only up to 200yds, and this is adequate for that. Time will tell if it holds together. I can always swap a Trijicon from an AR to the Beowulf in >1min. FFL says this will hold-up under Beowulf’s recoil. We’ll see. He’ll take it back if it doesn’t. I’m there part-time, so I have “return privileges”.

I’ve put Remy “Super-Cell” stock pads on 2 Remy shotguns (870 exress synthetic pump & 11-87 autoloader police tac) and on Beowulf to lessen recoil. All 3 are about the same. Barrett’s came std.
