I was more partial to the Darling family episodes. "Ah kin git any sounds Ah want outta this jug!"
I had to stay in a Hospital room for a week with my daughter (never leave a family member alone in a hospital!). She had the TV on incessantly - even while she was asleep!
I had re-arrange the chair and my sleeping method to make sure I couldn’t see it. And, fortunately, I had some books and a Kindle... I still felt like my mind had been soiled.
I preferred “The Real McCoys.”
I also borrow from the library and we have hulu plus those fill in where netflix cannot. :) What series did you purchase? I am always looking for good old series or movies to have on hand.
