The group that sponsored the 2008 ballot measure banning gay marriage in the state said it filed a petition on Friday that makes a two-pronged legal attack against same-sex marriages.

The voters voted and said no...Big deal! The liberal whack nuts still approved it!!!

Noting that I am not a legal process expert and support the majority voters who passed Prop. 8, I disagree with the referenced article that the Supreme Court's constitutionally indefensible excuse not to hear the Prop. 8 case on a technicality essentially reversed the decisions of all the cases in California concerning Prop. 8. I think that by not hearing the case, pro-gay activist justices smartly let the decision of California's pro-gay, activist Supreme Court to ignore the will of majority voters to stand.
Note that the Supreme Court's previous decision in Minor v. Happersett as it relates to the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 2 of Article III, the 14th Amendment and sex shows that both the Supreme Court and California judges wrongly ignored both the Constitution and case precedent with the way that they handled Prop. 8.
Andy Pugno of Protect Marriage is a bulldog. Any other org would have slithered off into oblivion after the unfair, illegal thrashing by these pernicious, colluding, corrupt enemies of marriage. I hope he never stops fighting.
