LIVINGSTON -
A Polk County District Court Judge has admitted in a letter to the Texas State Bar that she acted improperly while serving as an Assistant District Attorney.
Local 2 Investigates obtained a copy of the April 29, 2013 letter signed by Kaycee L. Jones, 411th Judicial District Judge.
The crux of the issue is a series of text messages Jones received from Elizabeth Coker, 258th Judicial District Judge, while Coker was on the bench during a trial.

It would be nice to believe that the judge will be removed from the bench and both her and the ADA will be disbarred. It would also be nice to believe in Skittles-pooping unicorns.

But how could we EVER know who was actually typing on her keyboard??? Any 7 year old is able to crack into a hidden file, then re-crack into another file therein!

In fact ANYONE who has been found guilty for doing ANYTHING on their computer should be released immediately based upon the decision by Judge Nelson (nastycakes).
So wait. It was just texting about stuff, not about a trial or anything? Shoot, I’ve had judges balance check books, knit, play video games. Why is this news?
