Zimmerman Prosecutors Should be Disbarred
Newsmax ^ | 7/12/2013 | Alan Dershowitz

Posted on 07/13/2013 7:40:06 AM PDT by Kansas58

Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz says the prosecutors in the George Zimmerman murder trial should be charged with "prosecutorial misconduct" for suggesting the defendant planned the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin.

"That is something no prosecutor should be allowed to get away with … to make up a story from whole cloth," Dershowitz told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"These prosecutors should be disbarred. They have acted absolutely irresponsibly in an utterly un-American fashion."

The chief prosecutors, the instigators of the prosecutors, the suborners of prosecutorial misconduct, Obama and Holder, should get off more lightly?

“These prosecutors should be disbarred. They have acted absolutely irresponsibly in an utterly un-American fashion.”

Sounds like they have met the qualifications for high level appointment to the obama administration

The entire court left their kangaroo suits at home ... but we could see the indentations of the straps that hold ‘em on.

Dershowitz is more of a classical liberal. He at least has some interity and intellectual honesty.

The trial has nothing to do about justice it’s all about Obama and Holders way of telling the brothers we have your back.
The dems are in great fear of losing the 2014 elections they need a very big turn out they have lost a lot of groups due to taxes, jobs and obamacare.

The actions of these traitors demonstrate the need to legalize the punishment of flogging for those arrested, tried, and convicted in Demonrat acts of political and judicial terrorism.

Pam Bondi needs to begin a investigation. She gave in to allowing this special prosecutor, now look what those prosecutors from Jacksonville have done. Shame on the governor also since he folded into political pressure. This entire thing is disgusting and has been only political.

The prosecution also claimed a person “in decent shape” can run a 4 minute mile.

Yes, & I’ve been shocked at how many liberals are taking this position.

Just shows you what a travesty this is.

Still, the MSM is pretty much ignoring their own who are not singing their song........

It seems to me they all but asked the jury for nullification when they asked them to “search their hearts” rather than the evidence and the law.

“Zimmerman Prosecutors Should be Disbarred”

Congress should also be investigating the conduct of the media.

What a fine mess. If Z. is convicted, the justice system in this country, or at least Florida, is a kangaroo sham. I won’t mention Nazi Germany.
