In the second half of the prosecution’s closing remarks, it was said that the child Trayvon was afraid he was being followed by a sexual pervert (creepy ass cracker), which implicitly justified his return to the top of the “T” and his assault on Zimmerman. Unfortunately, then, Trayvon didn’t knock Zimmerman unconscious and crack open his skull, and that Zimmerman was able to therefore to shot the innocent child. By reason of this theory, sucker-punching white people whom you believe and who might actually be creepy ass crackers is fine. So, we already see the consequences of justifiable aggravated assault on the basis that the person being assaulted was or appeared to be a creepy ass cracker.
Assuming the guy survives, it should be attempted manslaughter as well.
NSA is taking notes and assembling lists of candidates for re-education camps. Most of us here. Lucky youse who said “Happy ending”!
He used "fighting words" to a man on a dinner date on a Friday night, challenging him very publicly.
Now, I have been goaded by drunks in public, in front of my wife, who were trying to fight me - over something as stupid as my wearing the "wrong" sports team's colors.
I don't give in to anger, but on one occasion I am sure that any witness would have backed me had I responded with violence.
You don't hit someone over words, but you also don't use words to deliberately provoke violence either.
Yup. Agreed. Death-penalty or vegetative states for people who behave raciss when drunk. We've simply got to get a handle on these scofflaws. This white privilege must be done away with.
The thing about NYC is that when these types of fights happens, the guy who gets knocked out usually ends up really messed up after his head hits the sidewalk or street.
Major brain injuries and/or death.
And if the guy who knocked him out threw the first punch, manslaughter charges.
Well,I’d be curious to see and hear what really happened. The fact that the MSM is so willingly promoting the racial aspect makes it all suspect at best.
I, too, hate being around obnoxious drunks. I avoid them, and the bars that they frequent, like the plague.
I keep my mouth shut and my thoughts to myself regardless of what’s said. But, IF, for whatever reason, I’m severely physically assaulted and maintain consciousness to survive it, I’m just too old to fight and too young to die. So... I’m probably just gonna put a 230 gr. flyin’ ashtray in em and then quietly walk away given this upside down insane day and age we now live in.
I wish I didn't understand that or almost being murdered or keeping them from murdering someone else. Not the best memories in the treasure chest to choose from.

Some guy, lips off, and says something derogatory to another guy, that guy labels him.
Most people say he had it coming.
Now add to the fact that the guys head bounced off the concrete and the guy is in the hospital in bad condition, and people are saying it didn't warrant that.
So here's the deal.
Switch this to the Martin-Zimmerman fiasco.
Zimmerman is getting his head bounced off the ground, so he shoots Martin, defending himself.
Now we have people claiming that it wasn't worth Martins life.
Not trying to start a flame war.
Just airing a comparison that ran through my head.
I despise loudmouths.
I despise drunks.
I despise the combination of the two even more.
While I don’t think the guy deserves being on a respirator with possible brain damage for his ignorance, I also don’t believe that was the intent of the person who hit him.
I originally commented that “the guy got what he deserved”, I will amend that to say that both words and actions have consequences and being a loudmouth drunk can result in being punched. My understanding was that the punch was the end result of the last comment the drunk made, but that there were more comments before.
I can see someone being fed up to the point of action after listening to long rant, and just taking a swing. Is it the legal thing to do...No, is it the right thing to do...Probably not. But I go back to my previous statement, words and actions have consequences. If the guy had kept his mouth shut this wouldn’t have happened, if the other guy had walked away, this wouldn’t have happened. As it is, the guy mouthed off and got a deserved punch, the guy that did the punching got a deserved arrest.
I think that sums it up...I’m though!

Really? There needs to be more people getting punched in the mouth for being idiotic. Should be an epidemic, in fact...maybe then some people would learn some manners.
I know a lot of Goldman Sachs people and they’re awful even when they’re not drunk. And the permanently aggrieved black guys who didn’t get all the free stuff Obama promised them looking to take it out on Whitey are trash, too. I look at this more as a Darwin situation.
I see it your way, both were asses, the White was drunk and obnoxious,but assault is still assault and this one could have resulted in death and may still result in permanent brain damage. All the Black man showed was that he was even smaller than the White Bigot who may never had said anything if alcohol hadn’t dampened his impulse control.
You and I must be of the same generation. I grew up in the 30s and lived in a really, really mixed neighborhood. In fact our house was next door to a black Baptist church. The whole neighborhood rocked to the church services on the weekends. We had black friends on our football, basketball and base ball so called neighborhood teams. I tanned so dark like black that once a lady in her yard in a distance part of town told the team they should not play with niggers. As children of all cultures we and our parents had the same life struggles and learned to work and live together. That world changed and I suspect there are various causes not directed to making the USA the flower of our Founders.
Deserved it (if the truth was told in the article).
This country has become extremely polarized of race these last 4-1/2 years.
And I admit to being polarized by it.
I guess I just realize how much its creeping into me and others .
