One of their main goals is to “get big money out of politics,” and to achieve that goal many attendees promised to donate “millions of dollars.” I can only conclude that they are trying to figure out ways to keep CONSERVATIVE money out of politics, while they continue to have free reign.
We should be able to beat the snot out of the left and all the Republicans can do is give us RINO's to vote for.

Could have fooled me! I would say that exactly the opposite has happened. And as for their democracy initiative? seems to promise the socialist dream, not Democracy.
I hope they understand that their plans are leading to massive bloodshed and crushing poverty for everyone.

This is how they do it. The left endorses those they have or can compromise on the right. McCain etc. Those they can not compromise they demonize. ie Palin. The deal is, we will get you elected but we want you to vote our way when we need. Soon you are so compromised you cant ever go back. So you join their side, go to their parties, get laid by their girls. Then get a nice kick back from some boards you belong to and you have a good life.
They don't even see the hypocrisy in this.
After all - their goals are noble (to them) and the people on the other side are despicable (to them).

If they truly wanted to get money out of politics stop all the corporate and Ag subsidies and stop all the grants to NGO types - no grants to ACORNor NPR PBS PlannedPedocide and the like. Stop gov from doing favors to help a corp stop its rivals etcetc

You make a point - “big money” involves more than political contributions - Obama has been throwing hundreds of millions of public dollars at favored private companies, many of them donors to his campaigns. If you REALLY want to get big money out of politics, prohibit government from dispensing big money to favored companies and agencies. Libs absolutely HOWL when conservatives suggest that government STOP giving big money to Planned Parenthood.

Yours is a very pessimistic scenario - unfortunately, I largely share it. The political left functions like a fanatical religious movement. The only wrench in the machinery will occur when their goals collide with those of the Islamists whom they have underestimated even as they have empowered them. Europe is the test tube for this experiment, and the libs might be in for a huge and bloody surprise.

Since the 2010 election I have been trying to interest conservative groups in developing an educational ad campaign aimed at 15 - 25 year olds with a goal of changing the liberal herd mentality they are sucked into during high school and college.
My plan would be to use radio TV and other venues where the millenials spend their recreational time and infuse them with subtle conservative messages. I've not found a "conservative" group or PAC that is interested at all. They are all satisfied with status quo and the market share of the government trough that they have.
No need, when their opinion is called for, they'll be told what it is.
Wait, isn't it conservatives turn? I thought the libs had been doing that for a few decades now.

Since corporations run this country they will get nowhere on the first two. On the third, who cares? Since the politicians do the bidding of the corporations, who cares who elects them? Who cares if they are elected by liberals or conservatives? They will all eventually bow down before the almighty campaign dollar and do the bidding of their corporate owners.
Pretty much every major corporation is on-board with affirmative action, the gay agenda, multiculturalism, etc.
Any conservative who believes he is supporting the free market system by going to bat for corporations is just being a useful idiot for crony capitalists who will give him a job if he has a skill which can't be replaced by a robot or illegal alien, but meanwhile undermine his moral and cultural beliefs through amoral corporate directives.

If you want to get funding you need to come up with a version of conservatism that encourages spending binges. Maybe hipster iBibles that are constantly updated with more maps and background information. Maybe Amish fashions that shift between gray and black every 3-4 months. Maybe convince every Christian from now on he has to lease new cars rather than buy used and drive into the ground because the Rapture could come any moment and you wouldn't want to waste money on a car you'll only be driving for a short time.

No, I myself have known it for a good long while, but you know to many people teachers are still lovely ladies & gents to whom you bring an all-American apple. And I’m tired of hearing “oh individual teachers...blah, blah”. The unionize public school teachers have ruined the lives of millions of Americans for 2 generations.
That has to be the big goal, getting rid of public workers unions.
Unfortunately, these folks seem to be successful in their plans. This is exactly how O got elected and reelected. Need I remind anyone that Harry Reid is still in charge of the Senate.
The problem of using the radio & tv is you need money. This article is nutty, because from what I’ve seen, the left has the deep pockets. At least, they have the people willing to part with their silver for the cause.
There is an alternative however. I saw David Crowe of Restore America a few weeks ago (restoreamerica.org). He said that Evangelical Christians would be the biggest voting block in the country if they were all registered & encouraged to vote. Currently 10M are not registered & 22M don’t vote regularly. We need to start with the churches. The youngsters may follow later when they realize they have no future due to Dem/leftist policies.
