Here's my vote for the new Mayor:

SAN DIEGO -- Three ex-supporters repeated their demand for Mayor Bob Filner to resign Monday and said he forcibly kissed two constituents and grabbed the buttocks and breast of a staff member. Filner's behavior toward women is so egregious that women who work for him call him a "dirty old man" and coined the phrases "the Filner headlock" and "the Filner dance" to describe how he isolates women and then makes unwanted advances, attorney Marco Gonzalez said.
Gonzalez said a sexual harassment claim will be filed with city officials. Also, lawsuits are a possibility, he said.
"Bob Filner is tragically unsafe for any women to approach," an angry ex-Councilwoman Donna Frye said at a news conference outside City Hall.
Five supporters of Filner picketed the news conference, carrying signs reading "Due Process for Mayor Filner." Filner, 70, a Democrat, elected in November, has said that while his behavior toward women has been bad, he believes an investigation will prove that he has not been guilty of sexual harassment.

But understand these charges did not stop him from marching in the "Gay Pride" parade. Democrats, the party of perversion.
He’s looking for an opportunity to move up to a NYC office.
Quite frankly I’m surprised it was a female.
And, say democrats, marching in the “gay pride” parade is adequate penance.
It sure shows how far that city has fallen, considering Rodger Hedgecock was mayor there inside of 20 years ago.

I hope he doesn't. He makes for a great reminder for San Diegans and all Americans that this is what you get when you elect a liberal democRAT.

If he sexually harassed Frye, he really can’t control himself.
Filner is a former Democrat congressman. He was a jerk then too. Check out his biography on Wiki, with his bad behavior in airports and previous allegations of sexual harassment.

Gee, I knew there were benefits for running for public office.
He is 70. Unless this behavior has happened when he was younger, too, I suspect he has mental degeneration, senility, and can’t reason properly.
Sure, I’m ten years older than he is, but when I had my husband in a nursing home, I saw so many patients much younger than I, sitting in wheelchairs and staring into space, not knowing where they were.
So, if this behavior is relatively new, the mayor needs a mental evaluation. If he has done this when younger, too, then he is a dirty old man.
The LA Times deliberately left out his previous troubles because he is a leftist. If a Republican mayor had half his pedigree the headline and paragraph would list everything in his past and the story would be wall to wall in the media. He’s a scumbag, not just a dirty old man.
I read Wikipedia and he had no sexual harassment charge in his background at all until July of this year. That article also says he is seeking treatment. I still say his brain may not be functioning well. I wonder if he has had a stroke in the near past or other incident with his brain. That can cause one not to be able to control his emotions and actions.
Feeling up a few women is nothing for a Democrat to resign over.
It’s just an assumption that any woman who works for them enjoys it.
My advice to women in that situation is what I advised my daughter to do when she went to work for the Government.
Slap the piss out of him. Then dare him to do anything about it. Don’t play hit him hard when he touch’s you. he will quit, believe it.
Here's my vote for the new Mayor:
Perhaps forcibly kissing and groping women is the only way for him to express his devotion to them.
When he was a congressman, he said, “... I’m a congressman, I can do anything I want.”
Hope they send him packing.
