FYI, I am watching these guys in the street, and they are “screening” cars. They are looking for the wrong person passing through this neighborhood.

Anyone in this city with damage to life or property should sue this city government for failure of duty to protect its citizens.
The Lt. speaking is saying there’s 80-90 youngsters, and the cops are hanging the back and not doing anything? They can’t even control a small group like that? They’re deliberately hanging back and letting them do what they want. The cops are condoning it.
