Sure but 2014 is will be low turnout and that favors republicans this time around one would think.

It's helped us in the past! Plus, there's some other habit of Virginia usually electing whichever party is NOT in the White House. That should work to our favor, too.

They came after them four years ago, too and McDonnell was able to stand them down. Let’s hope they can do it again.

LOL. I have lived 34 years in NoVA. Cuccinelli won his last election for the state Senate by a few hundred votes. It is the reason he jumped into the race for AG. I don’t understand your optimism. Have you lived here and been active in local politics like I have? How do you draw the conclusion that he will do fine? 2009 was the lowest Dem turnout in history. The Dems will come out for this election, especially in NoVA. They want to defeat Cuccinelli and EW Jackson.
