IT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO END THIS WAY

When the Sanford, Florida PD investigated George Zimmerman 's claims of self defense all the evidence supported his claims. They handled the case exactly as they would any similar case.

When a mob appeared threatening to burn Sanford to the ground Sanford's gutless and spineless City Commissioners told the chief of police to throw Zimmerman to the mob, we don't want our windows broken or our customers scared away. The chief stood up for the law, as he was sworn to do and they fired him. They demoted the lead investigator because he would not lie for them.

The noise reached Tallhassee and more gutless spineless politicians, and they threw George Zimmerman to the mob.

Everything was right on track, George Zimmerman would be jailed until his trial, be defended by a public defender against all the power of the state, be convicted, and sent to prison. The mob would go away and everyone would soon forget George Zimmerman.

The problem is things didn't go that way. George Zimmerman found people eager to defend him, got the finest defense team in the world and won his freedom. The State is livid and the mob is enraged, justice has been done, they must have really wanted something else.

George Zimmerman was offered up as a sacrifice! If there has been any violation of civil rights in this case those violated rights have been George Zimmerman's.

I watched that trial, every single second of it. The protests are coming from those who could not have watched, they know nothing about what actually happened, what was demonstrated. They hate a man based only on gossip from the street.

The State is embarrassed, their lies didn't work so now they're telling more. If they had good sense they would just shut up!

Ain’t that the truth. I’ve been slowly posting FACTS about this case on FB, hoping some of the people who went off after the verdict might actually get a clue, and learn that they have been manipulated by selective reporting. For some, tho, it’s a hopeless effort.

She was so obsessed to get guilty verdict, the prosecution seemed to be in la la land most of the time. I watched the FoxNews VOD over and over, prosecutors faces while verdict was read they couldn’t built what they heard.

Correction to the typo...

Maybe she was hoping for a date with Sharpton.

The fly in their ointment was the defense fund, Zimmerman wasn't expected to mount a defense. They were upset about the money from the moment they discovered it.

Exactly. Lot of folks realize it could have been them.

I live in a rural area and if I had seen a hooded figure walking around in a yard close to a house in the rain I probably would have done the same thing

Nobody ever claimed the cowardly politicians had any sense : )

Sense is not what is lacking among politicians. If only it were.

I may have a strange take on this but to my way of thinking the demonstrators should be held accountable for any changes their presence caused to the treatment George received. He was obviously treated differently than anyone else in the same situation would have been, at far greater cost both materially and emotionally.

You won't get any argument from me. I agree with you.

I do think that without the White self hating Liberals egging them on, the Black rabble rousers would have lost interest. So anytime I read or hear about some reporter getting the hell beat out of them by a Black mob, it cheers me up.

I used to follow them, funny thing, we had a little Indian pony who would tiptoe along right behind me looking over my shoulder. His name was even Cracker, LOL.

Someone in Jacksonville was printing maps of pastures where the magic mushrooms could be found, my neighbors have cattle so the mushroom prowlers were driving us nuts. They would leave gates open and I would end up chasing horses in the dark, except for Cracker, he followed me like a puppy.

Certain segments of our society have been educated that private property is “old school” and that they are “nu skul” and have a right to your stuff.
