The questionnaire lawyers used to select jurors for the George Zimmerman trial has been released online.
It seems pretty standard and meant to root out people who might be biased or have already decided on Zimmerman's guilt or innocence. The six-person jury ended up being all women.
And it looks like defense attorney Don West's poorly timed knock-knock joke was pretty accurate — the first question on the list is: "Have you ever heard of George Zimmerman?"

It’s totally waysis! Well, at least it wasn’t in cursive.
Would I be disqualified if I wrote in cursive? Either way, they wouldn’t like my answers.
Could I pass? I think the real question is would I want to.
That is a very short jury questionnaire.
I would have been bounced after I answered question #3
Taquiya son, taquiya.
Pretty standard SOP I assume. BTW. Served once and booted out two or three.
There are only three types of people that could pass that questionnaire...
Hermits
Mentally Challenged
Liars
Have you ever heard of George Zimmerman?
Please check one: Yes_________ No____________
Have You ever heard of Travyon Martin?
Please check one: Yes_________ No____________
If you answered ‘NO’ to either of the above questions, please provide the address of the rock you live under.
For me, the irony is that when this story broke, I was convinced that it was a case of Racist Shoots Innocent Child for Being Black. I’m a middle school teacher, and the pictures the media posted of Trayvon at 12-14, well... they looked like my kids! I was horrified. I had absorbed the idea that young Trayvon was gunned down from about 10 feet away by a racist. It was only in the last couple weeks that I realized, I’d been suckered.
I’d be bounced.
Question # 2 - Fox News!

If it weren’t for FR, I wouldn’t know anything about the thug and the Gentleman.
So then according to this questionaire you could conceivably have your mind made up and admit it, but then say that you would be willing to set that made up mind aside to render an impartial verdict.
RE: Id be bounced.
Question # 2 - Fox News!
______________________
Well, a black male potential juror was disqualified for PRECISELY that reason. He said he was following the news in FOX.
Id be bounced.
Question # 2 - FreeRepublic.com!
1. Yes. Yes.
2. I read about the Zimmerman telegram in school, something to do with WWII. Was that the right Zimmerman? I have heard of a lot of Martins. I don’t recall that first name, but I’ve heard of, read about, and known so many Martins, that one must be the one you are asking about.
3. No.
4. N/A
5. No
6. No.
I could reasonably argue that each of these answers is truthful but not helpful, a standard that Bill Clinton demonstrated is legal. I want to be on a jury, to keep the morons off, and I will give the most truthful but not helpful answers I can in all future jury selections.
They could have made the voir dire even easier.
Question 1. Do you think George Zimmerman is guilty?
Question 2. If he is not found guilty, are you going to riot?
The questionaire ought to be published in the book titled “How to Weasel Out of Jury Duty in 5 Easy Steps”.
I'm betting that your kids won't be skulking about in the shadows on a rainy evening looking for opportunities to fill their pockets with somebody else's stuff. I further bet that if someone asks them why they are in a particular place at a particular time, they will not try to kill him barehanded.
