I work here and walk close by to that location in tourist land known as Hollywood and Highland.
There are cops there most nights that walk the beat but it’s summer time so the idiots target the tourists from out of town.
I’m so sick of the word “youngsters.” Once upon a time, a “youngster” was a child, usually between the ages of, say, 10 - 13, after which they became “teenagers.”
But now it always refers to black thugs, half of whom are not even all that young (looking at the photos, I’d say many of them are over 18 or even over 21).
Why do the “authorities” always minimize these things? Call these hoodlums to account and make them stop doing this.
They’re not children and this is not excusable behavior.
I saw a report on this last night and it said..."40 people AT A TIME." That is not the same as "40 people".
The above point is corroborated by this from the article. Note the plural word "Groups". Groups that ranged anywhere from 15 of these kids to as large as 40
robbery, is down actually 27 percent year to date,”
I wonder if they changed the way they keep crime statistics, as happened in a certain Miami area school district.
Saw Iron Man 2 last not on FX. Liked it.
Thought it (and particularly the sequence where Tony Stark is working out the new element) would have looked great in 3D.
