DETROIT (AP) -- Detroit has become the largest city in U.S. history to file for bankruptcy.
State-appointed emergency manager Kevyn Orr on Thursday asked a federal judge permission to place the city into Chapter 9 bankruptcy protection.

I saw an interview of Kevyn Orr. He seems a good choice.

I would suggest that the thousands of people on welfare in Detroit would be a ready labor pool but I’m sure that type of work is beneath them. They all think they should be Fortune 500 CEOs...

Because the Democrat party is “wonderful” and to say otherwise would be considered an unacceptable violation of breaking the standard party line.
That would be great. Create a greenline separating the city equally (demographis, income, resources, etc.). One side goes to socialists, unions, etc. The other side becomes Michigan’s Hong Kong - free open trade; very, very low regulation and taxation.
Measure progress in 1 year, 3 years, and 10 years out.
It needs to be posted far and wide. Detroit is a template for every urban, Democrat-run city.

Detroit, the once great American city that drove the USA economy forward at a record pace, now lingers in failure brought about by the Obamabots of the world!!! When the animals (Obamabots & Democrats) take over the farm, the end result is failure and doom for all humanity!!! America only has herself to blame. There is no such thing as a free lunch!!!
