Man charged with ‘illegal aiming or discharging a firearm’ after taking Joe Biden’s advice
A Vancouver, Wash. man has found himself in the midst of a legal battle after following the advice of good old Joe “just fire two blasts” Biden.
Apparently Jeffrey Barton suspected that there were prowlers on his property early Monday morning. So “I did what Joe Biden told me to do,” Barton said. “I went outside and fired my shotgun in the air.”
Now Barton is facing charges of illegal aiming or discharging a firearm, to which he plead not guilty.
Deputies stated that the law does not just allow people to – regardless of what the Vice President of the United States says – go out and fire a shot.
Barton’s next court date has not been scheduled, but one must wonder if Joe Biden will be present for the defense. Not likely.

Beiden is blameless, for the same reason that the IRS is not accountable for any tax advice that they give you.
Subpoena the Gaffer as a witness for the defence.
Where did Joe get his law degree? Or was this an instance of practicing law without a license?
“Illegally aiming a firearm”??? WTF kind of law is that? Just another layer to make things more double-secret illegal? I suppose now it’s illegal to fart and text at the same time. Who comes up with intrusive nonsense? It wasn’t already illegal to point a gun at someone? Is the air a protected class?
