The same day the Attorney General was condemning the “underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs and stereotypes” that create racial strife, the City of Indianapolis was implementing the single largest case of racial profiling in the history of this country.
This Friday and Saturday night, the streets of downtown Indianapolis will be full from some of the 250,000 black people attending the annual Indiana Black Expo.
Much like George Zimmerman knew that black people were responsible for a crime wave in his town, city officials “know” the Black Expo has a ten-year history of intense and frequent violence and lawlessness.
So they are getting ready for more. That is racial profiling.
The summer of 2010 was probably the worst. After the Black Expo let out for the evening, thousands of black people hit the streets of downtown. Chaos and violence followed. At least ten people were shot. A lot more were rampaging through downtown, destroying property and creating mayhem.
A lot of it was captured on video. All just a few weeks after Al Sharpton himself appeared in Indianapolis to complain about racist police.
And it is not just the Black Expo: Downtown Indianapolis has been the site of dozens of cases of large-scale black mob violence over the last three years....

Yes, preparing for how mobs of blacks in a certain (City) area will act based on how they acted every-other year in that same place is clearly racist.

Three years ago, one young son-of-Obama shot nine members of a rival gang on a Downtown Indy street after an Expo event let out. He got eight years, and was out in two.
Shamus Patton was arrested AGAIN after a rambling, 12-mile high-speed chase with a couple of his crew. Two guns and ski masks were also in the car. He said he was “Job hunting”.....

bs Years of the same actions at certain events and expecting the same this year is not profileing, unless your an idiot....those that don’t learn from the past as doomed to repeat it......not doing proper policing has lead to repeated violence and vandalism....People don’t even use the term (profiling) in the proper tense with these issues, its based on past behavior. Blacks commit 50% of the homicides in the United States.
Blacks are 12% of the population.
Take out black women from the statistic and 50% of the homicides in the United States are committed by the 6% of the population that is BLACK MEN.
Take out very old blacks and very young blacks and statistically half the murders in the United State are done by 4% of the population - black men.
Other forms of crime are are similar but the numbers tend to be 'massaged' to make cities look like they don't have as much crime as they do...
You're right - the corrupt ones on the left are pushing a double standard for behavior. We'll all be living in a hellhole like Detroit if we're not careful...

Why not just cancel the Black Expo and give them all a good reason to be shot when they riot for a reason? Might solve several problems.........nah, won’t happen.
Let ‘em raise all the hell they want, we’ll clean up their mess after they leave. Can’t have civil unrest now can we? Stupid bast&rds all of them.
Rather than trying to prevent crime, we shouldn’t “profile”.
