No doubt about it. The skank judge is a whore who is bought & paid for by the unions. When will we EVER get a Repub governor who would simply just refuse to follow a tyrannical judge’s ruling and just issue a governor’s exec order that overrides & nullifies the judge’s ruling. And put some teeth in it....state that if the judge continues to issue rulings on the particular issue, she will be arrested & tried by the state AG.

This judge doesn't realize it yet, but she is about to get slapped down. She has no jurisdiction at all.
And how long before they go bankrupt again because they never fixed the problem of uncompeative Union contracts?
Didn't a city in California do the same thing, and the pension administrators claimed it was prevented by California law?

All that is going on here is right vs left and the left is bound and determined to FORCE Americans in 49 other states to cough up 18 billion dollars in pension fund bucks for the criminal public employee unions in Detroit who have been in a decades long effort to STEAL all this money from taxpayers by buying judges, among other things. The only thing standing against them is a few votes in the HOuse. Senate and Prez are bought and paid for just like this utterly corrupt judge.
Unions should be outlawed.....and let’s let Detroit see if they have any other initiative other than milking from the taxpayers.....I’d bet good money they’d go back into the dumpster in no time at all!
Any company that even thinks of going there needs to consider carefully...it’s a fully unionized city and they will come after any company that even tries to succeed.. until they too cause them to leave their city....and the people won’t care that that happens any more than they did before.
