How is this supposed to "blow over"? People are getting killed and maimed every day all across the country by these sub-humans. No one is stopping them, and they be having fun.
Change our damn phone number, take responsibility for your own life........good god are we all weak.
Not the Sheriffs number but various federal govt. officials like federal judges , U.S. attorneys , democrat members of congress , the White House Switchboard , the Secret Service this would be a real interesting experience for the govt. types & the for the a**holes making the calls.

Except when you call forward, I think it’s YOUR number which would show on caller ID. I would just take the call and tell them “You don’t have the balls!”
Scooter Libby was dragged to jail in a perjury trap set to honor Valerie “Mata Hari” Plame. The damage caused by this malicious prosecution is much worse.
And none of the morons making these threats are aware that NSA is tracking every single phone call and email message in America???

FOIA the NSA for all calls to her number. She can sort out the unrecognized ones, and the DHS can do their domestic terrorist thing on them. NSA would also have the actual spoken media or text media for trial purposes.

A buddy of mine had a phone # that was one digit off from a local Domino’s Pizza.
He’d take their order and tell them it would be there in 30 min.

I was referring the the death threats to this particular woman. They will move on to the next poor soul and soon as something else happens.

Ignore the "social media". Most of those posts are probably 'bots. There's a warm body at the other end of those phone calls.
Sorry, I was looking at the overall picture. Perhaps this individual woman will eventually be left alone, and may luckily not get caught up in a subsequent round of threats or attacks.
