The more you learn about La Raza, the more you will hate congress for helping this radical commie organization become a huge political threat to the stability of America.

Example: La Raza protests often involve activists who support making California part of Mexico...and they mean it!!!!!

So we should wait till the house burns down before calling the Fire Department. Sounds like a plan for success.

Well, you go ahead and call your fire department because - - who knows? - - maybe your house is on fire. My fire department appreciates it if people at least see a flame or some smoke first.

How about a raging fire?

The Debt Ceiling was arranged so that the “fiscal cliff” would not occur until after elections, so as to “not make it political” - of course doing so IS political and only helps the Democrats. He’s doing the same with Obama’s decree that implementation of Obamacare be delayed, again until after the election. Does Boehner demand the law be obeyed? No, or course not.

Obama picks and chooses which laws to enforce, or issues decrees completely usurping Congress’ authority, and not a peep from the Speaker of the House. Not a peep from the Majority Leader. Not a peep from the Opposition Party. John Boehner is all three of these things. Not a peep from John Boehner.

He takes great care to ensure that Democrats electoral prospects are not damaged. He exerts great effort at implementing Obama’s Amnesty Agenda. He screws every conservative/tea party elected in 2010. He COMPLETELY IGNORES major major corruption. Scandalous corruption. Where is Boehner’s energy for investigating F&F, AP, IRS, NSA, BENGHAZI? It’s been ten months and there has been very little progress on Benghazi. Nothing at all is being done about the NSA. There is some movement on the IRS. F&F is completely forgotten. But Obama’s Amnesty Agenda is Boehner’s #1 priority.

Nevermind principle, he does not even competently advance (what is supposedly) the Republican agenda. All he does is make deals being sure to leave something on the table so as to setup the next deal. Witness the Debt Ceiling becoming the Fiscal Cliff becoming Sequestration. His actions are all about preserving his position. He enriches himself. He stymies Conservatives and protects the Democrat agenda. He is completely unfit for office, never mind the Speakership. It’s a disgrace the Republicans even allow his membership in the Party since he screws Republicans and helps Democrats.

Obama’s success would not be possible without John Boehner.

I agree with every word you said, and I have stated here many times that Boehner must go. I also believe Darryl Issa is filthy dirty. I have to wonder what the rats have on so many Republicans that they are completely cowered. Whatever, I also think it’s all over anyway. Here’s from 2008:

Are the yahoos going after Mike Enzi in Wyoming doing anything about the much worse Congresscirtter from neighboring Idaho?

At least Enzi voted NO. I'll bet he would not be picked as a member of a senate conference committee.

Funding of anti-American organizations, who would not be able to survive without gov’t slush money stripped from taxpayers’ pockets, must stop. To make up for the decades of this grossly immoral funding, Congress should institute a tax reduction immediately such that federal income taxes should be no more than 2 percent below that of the average state income tax rate. Then, some slush money should be directed to Tea Party organizations to help repair the damage and to educate Americans.

There—that would go a long way to fixing things and can be done in a few weeks time.

"DOMINICAN REPUBLIC STRANGLEHOLD ON US POLITICS--- It is an unconscionable travesty against representative democracy---to have the corrupt Dominican Republic meddling in our affairs---cooking the books to help Sen Booby Menendez (D-NJ) stay in power. Menendez is on-record using US govt authority to grease the skids for a billion dollar Dominican port-deal (that can facilitate drug cargo to the US)."

Drove through my old hometown of Lawrence, MA on the way to a family get-together this weekend.

It's a dystopian nightmare presided over by Dominican Mayor Lantigua, who appears to spend more time in the Dominican Republic than he does in Lawrence.

It was like driving through a mini-Detroit, but without the charm. The level of corruption and decay is horrifying, and yard signs urging his re-election were everywhere.

Lantigua only has four words after Grand Jury appearance

Thanks for the realtime report-----and the link----Lawrence taxpayers should move quickly to nail this crook.

NOTE WELL: A provision in the Senate immigration reform bill protects elected and appointed latinos in govt positions from prosecution.

====================================================

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

L/E needs to examine the bank accounts this guy used to pay for govt activities.

The "Bank Secrecy Act" was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion or other unlawful activities.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity that might be indicative of govt fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, and other financial crimes.

====================================================

The Modus operandi.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of of govt funds. Govt monies may pay for personal and private expenses, credit cards, real estate sunsidies and vehicle purchases.

<><> To cover his tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from federal and state sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for his own use.

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of: (1) copies of checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses. Govt fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from govt accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel and gifts from luxury outlets for wives and mistresses.

Taxpayers should demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to prosecute this crook for govt fraud pronto.

A former senior policy analyst at the National Council of La Raza supervised the drafting of a U.S. Senate bill

That right there is enough for me to be against the bill.

FYI.

DOMINICAN DEMOCRAT LED A LIFE OF CRIME Disgraced Democrat---ex-NY Assemblyman Nelson Castro, a Dominican Republic native,---was mocked for mulling a comeback---after he was forced out of his seat in a perjury plea deal. “What would he run for, NY’s best informant?” state Democratic Party co-chair Keith Wright joked.

Castro was elected to state office using shady means and was a convicted felon--later he wore a wire to save himself--and to help the feds nail his crooked fellow lawmakers.

Castro, 41, brushed off criticism: “As I walk my district, people greet me and ask me to come back. I served with distinction. Is there anything not to trust?”

THIRD WORLD ON US SOIL Is there anything not to trust, Castro asks? Well, yeah, Nelson---lots of things.

CASTRO'S LIFE OF CRIME---Castro's extensive rap sheet was apparently not considered a deterrent for public office. The NY candidate selection committee used corrupt Dominican standards to give Castro the nod---thus corrupting the US system. Castro, a Dominican Republic native---led a life of crime before landing in the NY state legislature.

<><> a 1989 felony arrest in Michigan for larceny. Michigan court records show that 19-year old Castro pled guilty to a misdemeanor conspiracy and was sentenced to 180 days probation.

<><> In 2003, Castro was arrested again in New York, this time for grand larceny. He was accused of pocketing $4,900 in unemployment checks while holding a job. He pled guilty to petty larceny, repaid the money and was slapped with three years probation.

<><> Then in March 2008, Castro was arrested a third time — for driving in East Harlem with a revoked license and as a scofflaw who owed more than $3,000 in parking tickets.

Even more disturbing revelations followed--lying under oath, votino fraud, and forging petitions for public office.

=============================================

Castro's woes began in 2008, when the Board of Elections began examining Castro’s eligibility to run as a resident of the 86th district after allegations that numerous voters were registered at the same addresses as his home and that of Castro campaign worker Steve Santana.

During an Aug. 7, 2008, hearing, Castro lied under oath, denying he knew the votino fraudster--Steve Santana--and Desdemona Cruz who was on a candidate-selection committee looking to put Dominican natives on the ballot to increase latino power in Albany. Cruz and the selection committee anointed Castro as candidate. Castro's extensive rap sheet did not deter the selection committee.

The fact that illegal Dominican immigrants used home addresses of Castro, his campaign worker (and other Dominicans?) in order to vote, means they are probably registered at their own addresses, as well.

How many times did the illegal Dominicans vote? Castro was never nailed on this.

===================================================

NOTE: Dominican travel brochures affirm that the Third World hellhole has posh hotels which cater to the wealthy---including US politicians and rock stars.

But the corrupt govt provides no safety nest for its largely impoverished population----but the govt encourages illegal immigration---and relies on the BILLION DOLLARS per year their illegals here send back home.
