No where in this article does it say what the foods are that the students won’t eat. Clearly, no journalistic curiosity exists in this country any more.

The government will have to force students to eat. Get ready for the jackbooted food troopers.

So let me get this straight. The government mandated foods for kids who go hungry, is being tossed in the garbage, so the kids who are hungry can opt out and go hungry rather than eat it.
