We have hundreds of “legislators” that are too damn ignorant to even fathom what the Constitutional duties of the congress are. They just make it all up as they go along.
Oh, and for the record, she’s another racist.
Just as the Sandy Hook shootings could not have been stopped by an Assault Weapons Ban, repealing the Stand Your Ground laws would not have changed the Zimmerman/Martin confrontation or it’s court verdict.
But why worry about things like facts and law and reality when you have all this emotion you can stir up and “Fundamentally Change” our once great nation into something third world???

The message the “no profiling” folks are giving is that if someone reports that a black person performed a crime, then law enforcement and others should be looking for a white person to blame because if you look at black people to find the black offender that’s profiling and any and all blacks could be looked at. But if you look at white people to find the black offender, then that is okay because now no black people will be offended at being looked at to see if they are the person who performed the crime and black offenders can stay out of jail.
Of course they should be looking beyond just black as a description, tall, short, skinny, heavy etc....
