Gays in, Bibles out in the new American military

President Obama's Defense Department is waging a private war. While our Pentagon is entrusted with the duty to "protect and serve" a secular zone is growing within the ranks of the Military.

A little over a year ago then Defense Secretary Leon Panetta announced the Military would honor through "Gay Pride Month" the contributions of homosexual service members. This announcement came just a few months after the Department of Defense had begun its subtle campaign against the Bible.

1) The Air Force Services Agency through its spokesman Michael Dickerson stated the Air Force has "no requirement to have Bibles in the lodging checklist." [1a] In other words, as a military member checks into housing (much like a civilian would into a hotel or dormitory) there is no availability of a Bible to be by his or her bedside. In defense of this Air Force Chaplain (COL) Ron Crews, Retired, has stated, "while there is no requirement to have them, why should there be a requirement to remove them?" [1b] By the way, these Bibles are free to the Military, paid for by donating Christian churches and foundations.

2) The Department of Defense announced it would be removing military edition Bibles from its base exchange stores. These military editions published by Holman Bible Publishers are "prominently emblazoned with exact replicas of the trademarked emblems of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force." Known as the "Soldier's Bible, or Sailor's Bible and so forth," these Bibles have been published since 2003. The Bibles "include a cover designed for the particular branch, as well as patriotic essays, prayers and hymn lyrics," according to Holman's website. "Holman also produces Bibles for police, firefighters, sportsmen and students, each tailored to its particular audience." [2a]

May God protect them not only from enemies external but the ones that they will work with that will burn them the moment they speak out against homos.

Is anyone surprised by this? I mean, really surprised? The question is, what are we going to do about it? If nothing but flap our gums, then we're as much to blame as the Muslim homo Obammunists.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

Today’s Air Force is nothing but a shrunken, twisted version of the one I served in for all those years.

Gens. Billy Mitchell, Jimmy Doolittle, and Hap Arnold must be spinning wildly in their graves.

And I’m sorry the great Brig. Gen. Chuck Yeager has to live to see this.

We used to fight for Judeo-Christian ideals.

Now we fight against them.

When I was at the Navy induction center many, many years ago some guy from the Salvation Army handed out kits that included, among other things, a little New Testiment. I’m thinking that that doesn’t happen anymore?

Trees aren’t what they’re looking to hump.

BTW, my daddy is a three-war Marine, and he said they’ve always tolerated homos as long as they did their jobs.

Then, again, my daddy’s no bigot.

So what? The US military is useless anyway.

Protecting the borders of Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan, Germany, Jordan...but not the borders of the USA.

Are the American people any better off thanks to the wars in Vietnam, Lebanon, Somalia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya?

Cool! If he’s still with us please give him my sincere regards and thanks. Sounds like we’ve got similar stories. Mine joined on his 17th birthday in 42, and retired in 69. He was in the Pacific for WWII. He told me that at the end of the war he spent about 80 days on a troop ship, on their way to invade Japan. He said “they dropped the bomb, the war was over, and that was all right with your father.”

In Korea he was mobile air traffic control. I have pictures of him with a big radar truck that they’d drive up to some hilltop and guide aircraft.

In Vietnam he was one of the early arrivals into Chu Lai, where he had some capacity in the design and construction of the air traffic control system for the air base.

After that he was an air traffic control instructor for a few years until retirement.

Every time I talk to someone whose father was a pilot in Korea or Nam I wonder if our fathers ever spoke to each other, even if briefly air to ground.

I watched the show Battleground Afghanistan last night on the Nat Geo channel.

This chronicles the brave Marines of Golf Company, 2/5 Marines - Retreat HELL!. They were assembled just before leaving for an assault on a talibunny heroin processing “compound” and their Captain knelt down on one knee and they all prayed for God to grant them strength and protect them as they ventured forth to confront the enemy.

My first thought was yes, please God protect them. My second thought was that their Captain will probably get into deep kimchee for daring to lead a prayer. My third thought was what a mess we’re in because I had that second thought.

The U.S. Army burned Bibles in Afghanistan, so as not to offend Muslims. Then General Petraeus meddled in civilian matters to prevent a civilian man on U.S. soil from burning a Koran in protest of the Islamization of society.
And that same general had an affair with the woman writing his biography.

This is what happens when you have a Christian-hating Muslim president. Elections have consequences. End of story.

Was watching CSPAN the other day and the Dept of VA was testifying before Congress on the epic sexual abuse in the Armed Forces, and how VA is trying to get them help as fast as possible when they become veterans. The hearings went on about all day. NOT ONCE was there mention of HOMOSEXUAL RAPES
being the sex abuse/assaults that has more than quaddrupled since the lifting of DADT. All the FEMALE democrat chairman of the committee talked about was generic sex abuse and how bad it was. No one dared mention to these democrat flunkies that sex abuse on the average has went down but what has driven it up are HOMOSEXUAL RAPES. In otherwords it is accepted as perfectly normal. Queers have to sodomize young male soldiers, so no big deal, just get them help when they are discharged. I thank my lucky stars that I served at a time when this degenerate, immoral garbage was not condoned and promoted. No way in 40 hells I would enlist again if I were a young man. No way in 40 hells I would ever recommend military service to a young man. I never in a million years thought the US military would be turned into just another big social cesspool, but it has. Hard to believe, but I thank God I didn’t not have to serve in a military that condones and promotes homosexuality and treats it as perfectly normal behavior.

Who needs the military when our worst enemy is right here at home?

We have ONLY two choices:

1. Destroy the leftists

2. Be destroyed
