Roberts' reasoning was essentially that the Supreme Court doesn't make law.
But the Supreme Court is duty-bound to strike down unconstitutional law, which DeathCare clearly is. I am tired of judges being too clever by half.

Please advise as to what makes Obamacare "uncontitutional law"

I detest Obamacare and really wish the SC had nullified it, but in your view on what basis is it unconstitutional?
