When it comes to child support, alimony, and retirement sharing with my wife, they keep records on me for multiple decades, and yet THESE records are gone already. B.S.

I still receive mail for several months of child support the state couldn't garnish from my wages because of brief period of unemployment. When I become employed again, my ex and I agreed on payment plan to make up for the missed payments. After 9 years of no word from the States agency and 7 years after the payments where finished, the State sends me a 5 digit bill for the missed payments and 10% interest in a period when the interest rate was < 3%.
