Harlingen, TX, July 24, 2013 (OperationRescue) – Abortionist Lester Minto defiantly vowed earlier this month never to stop doing abortions, but yesterday he announced that he would close his abortion clinic, Reproductive Services in Harlingen, Texas, within the next 90 days. The abortion business has done 1,500-2,000 abortions yearly.

Minto, who called the new Texas abortion law “an insult to women’s intelligence,” had previously told the New York Times he would keep doing abortions “whether that means under the cover of a mesquite tree or on a shrimp boat or going to Mexico” where abortions are also illegal.

Never Say Never Again

The reason a James Bond Movie had such a title is that Sean Connery to never again make a James Bond movie...

Maybe the abortionist would take up acting, and makes lots and lots of people happy -- including unborn babies...

He vowed he would never stop and is closing his clinic—that doesn’t mean he will stop and in fact he says he will do them under a tree if that is the only p[lace he can do them.

I would imagine his prices just went up though.

That many in a clinic right on the Texas/Mexico anchor baby crossing?

“...Minto, who called the new Texas abortion law “an insult to women’s intelligence,...”

It would appear that those women have already provided a pretty good demonstration of their so-called “intelligence”...have they not?

Heck, they could have started by using one of Sandra Fluke’s favorite latex items.

Does anyone know at what point in a pregnancy is a death certificate required for MISCARRIAGE in Tx?

For example, I discovered when I had my first miscarriage, that in California, I had to have a death certificate if the baby was over 20 weeks. However, I also could have aborted the baby and not needed a death certificate in that case.

Do people not see how stupid that is?

not that I WOULD have had an abortion, my point is that if the baby miscarriages they need a death certificate, but if the mother kills the baby, they don’t.

This does not answer your question, but there are two Kennedys buried with their father JFK Sr.

There are two famous Kennedy's buried beside their father JFK Sr.

They are Arabella Kennedy (stillborn - pregnancy length at birth ???) and Patrick Bouvier Kennedy born 4 1/2 weeks premature.

At that time, some unborns were given graves.

Patrick Bouvier Kennedy was delivered as a C-sect in an emergency surgery, and the lungs were too immature (no treatment at that time) for him to survive.

Some people bury babies (premature ones, miscarriages). In some of these cases, the marker on the grave may only be infant with no name or other information.

It is strict Jewish Law that only three things may be buried in a Jewish Cemetery: people, mis-carriages, and Jewish Holy books (Torah).

We buried our baby, which is how I know we needed a death certificate regardless. My comment was not about markers or Jewish law (which I am familiar with).

It is just a question of when in the pregnancy that it is required...

He might not stop, just because the clinic closes. He might go door to door.

I wouldn’t bet anything with these people. Maybe he’ll buy a van and start driving up and down the street playing music as an abortion truck.
