At least 20 people were killed and dozens more were injured in a train crash Wednesday in northwestern Spain, a senior aide to Spain's prime minister told CNN's Al Goodman. Investigators are looking at all possible causes of the crash, though their initial assessment is that it likely wasn't the result of terrorism.

Yes, that’s true. Now they say the death toll is 35; apparently the train was supposed to slow in this area, which has a lot of curves and is right at the entrance to Santiago de Compostela, but it didn’t slow down. They think it was human error.
The death toll is up to 50 now.
There are now 56 dead.
I lived in Spain for 3 years, but never made it up to that area of the country.
