Hillary Clinton could handle things ‘even better’ than her husband did, says Reid By Justin Sink - 07/25/13 11:13 AM ET

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said in an interview aired Wednesday that he believed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could "handle things probably even better" than her husband, former President Bill Clinton, if she’s elected to the White House.

"Hillary Clinton may have a bigger fan than Harry Reid; I just don’t know who it would be," Reid told PBS’s “NewsHour.” "I think that what she did as a senator, what she did as secretary of State will go down in history books as a remarkable, remarkable job that she did."

"I, of course, have such admiration for the president," Reid said of Bill Clinton's tenure in the White House. "Remember, the last three or four years, he was here we reduced the debt and created 22 million jobs – pretty good deal. And I think that they’re a pretty good team, but she’ll handle things probably even better than he did."

That statement caused anchor Judy Woodruff to ask if he was sure Clinton would do "even better."

"Oh, yeah," Reid responded.

Asked if he would like to see Clinton seek the Democratic nomination in 2016, Reid indicated that he did.

"I don’t know what more I can say than, to be a cheerleader for, than what I’ve already said in this interview," he said.

Clinton has not yet said whether she will run, but early polls show her as the clear favorite on the Democratic side.

According to a poll released by McClatchy-Marist on Wednesday, she is the choice of 63 percent of Democratic primary voters, versus 13 percent for Vice President Biden. No other candidate pulls more than 6 percent of primary voters.

Huh ??

Senate Voting Record

From Jan 2001 to Jan 2009, Clinton missed 249 of 2,616 roll call votes, which is 9.5%. This is worse than the median of 2.0% among the lifetime records of senators serving in Jan 2009.

Achievements as Sec of State

5-top-highlights-in-hillary-clinton-s-secretary-of-state-tenure It appears she saved a Chinese dissident and approved the bombing of Ghadaffi in Libya.

(Which turned out so well for our ambassador)

Yeh, just imagine the mess that would have taken place in BENGHAZI if old Bill was in charge.

Liberals: Just when you thought insanity couldn’t get more insane.

Let’s see Hitlerys resume:

1. Corrupt lawyer.

2. Involved in two of the most corrupt Presidential administrations in US history, one of which was unconstitutionally elected.

3. Accomplished absolutely nothing as Senator of New York.

4. Unmitigated disaster as Secretary of state.

Yes! Absolutely, primo candidate for POTUS!

And why not? Hitlery ran Billy's presidency from behind the scenes pulling all the strings, getting things done. Billy just wanted to President because he thought it would be such a cool "job", like his hero, JFK.

Billy was just a good ol' boy, so he wasn't much of a danger to the US, plus, he really had no agenda. King Zero has had an agenda all along: to destroy America for his communist, marxist, muslim benefactors.

Hitlery won't be as bad as Zero, but Zero has the goods on Hitlery (Benghazi, among who-knows-what-else?), so he'll pull the strings from afar and get her to jump through hoops for him.

We're in for a very bad decade, America. Bad things are gonna' happen unless conservatives can get it together and get organized. Either kick the RINO's out of the Repub party, or start our own (or take over another party).

Just my lil' own opinion. (Hi there, NSA!!!).

For heaven sakes, people, keep pointing out that she was disbarred because of her misconduct as a lawyer in Watergate. She has been investigated many times over mishandling money (Whitewater-gate, cattle futures trading, and Travel-gate), and so many witnesses died violently-oops-just before they would have testified. Vincent Foster, her former boyfriend, being the best known among them.
Then there is Benghazi-gate. Oh, what does it matter now? The 4 main victims are dead, so they can't testify against her. The survivors have been asked (forced?)to sign confidentiality agreements, so apparently she feels it's safe to ignore.

I have to hand it to the Sink Emperor - he obviously has a very good understanding of how things really work in DC.

And things have gone so well with her as Secretary of States. Just look at how calm the Middle East is.

Harry Reid is a detestable crook. Why do the voters of NV keep forcing him on the rest of us?
