WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced on Thursday that the Justice Department would ask a court to require Texas to get permission from the federal government before making voting changes in that state. The move opens a new chapter in the political struggle over election rules after the Supreme Court struck down a portion of the Voting Rights Act last month.
In a speech before the National Urban League in Philadelphia, Mr. Holder also indicated that the filing, expected later on Thursday, was most likely just an opening salvo in a new Obama administration strategy to try to reimpose “preclearance” requirements in parts of the country that have a history of discriminating against minority voters.

Eric the Corrupt has a high bar to meet. What the Supreme Court said was the Eric would have to come up with facts (and not 100 years ago) to back up his allegations. He can’t get any per-clearance until he proves and wins his case and wins all the immediate appeals. The Corrupt one is in a snit because he was basically blown out of the Supreme Court and as with normal 5 year olds he is throwing a temper tantrum.

Always oblivious to what Commie Obama is trying to cover up in the Benghazi Massacre, Speaker Boehner will still refuse to Impeach Obama, appoint a Special Prosecutor, or honor the requests of the 1000 Special Forces Petitioners yesterday to appoint a House Committee with subpoena powers.
Senator Cruz is correct on his negative appraisal of Holder, but seems oblivious to the reason Holder is jousting at the impeccable TEXAS Voting Rights identification Windmill.
It is time for the House RINOs to replace Boeher with a Speaker that will issue articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama for his Dereliction of Duty during the Benghazi Massacre.
