Robert Mugabe’s party claimed a resounding victory in Zimbabwe’s general election today moments before his main rival accused him of “monumental fraud”.

I saw a report on the BBC this morning and one of the opposition leaders said they really have no expectation of winning till Mugabe is in his grave.
The voter roll for this election came from 1985 and contained the names of two million dead people according to the opposition.
