Washington has been abuzz for months over the fear and loathing that Congressional staffers have for Obamacare. Many staffers and employees on Capitol Hill have been saying they'll have to quit Washington if they are forced into Obamacare. Now the President is promising to fix it all for them.

The democrats, the congress, the government workers, the unions, the leftist non profits, the big democrat corporate boosters and supporters all wanted and pushed for this unAmerican, unconstitutional, communist tyranny and now all want to be exempt while forcing it on the rest us who DO NOT want it and never did. I agree. It's one thing to have something you don't like imposed upon you, yet another to tolerate it while watching someone else get a pass.
Doesn't this mean that just about any citizen could sue under equal protection laws? Certainly, any individual would have standing to bring a case, what with all the exemptions thus far and now this.
I have no confidence that a corrupt legal system, starting with Chief Justice Roberts, can be used to stop this travesty. we have seen how the law can be twisted to support any conclusion. I don't think the existing power structure will allow any successful challenge unless the rulers believe they will be deposed if they don't follow the will of the people.

He found out early on that no one has the guts to stop him. Congress, GOP, Supreme Court. "We, the People" had a chance last election, but although they hated most of his ideas, they voted for him since he seems like "such a nice guy" To them, anyway.
After one gets past laughing at the assumption they are making that there is a brain to drain in DC, you get to the old saw “none of us is as dumb as all of us.” If half of DC left, I’m pretty sure the collective IQ would increase.
Aside, if they do this and the MSM can find their ballzacs and report it, it might just turn the entire country against DC. Will it change anything? Probably not. Zombies in SFO will still vote for Pelosi because they would never vote for a conservative or Republican. (Have to continue to point out there is a growing difference between the two.)
