“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. Rom 8:25

There is only one reason this country does not have full employment and that reason is the Federal Gummit. With a country filled with abundant resources and well educated people there is no excuse for the disaster we are witnessing. We have 20% real unemployment because the Commucrats require it to maintain their viability. If we used and managed our resources efficiently we would not only have full employment but would have the most vibrant and creative economy on the planet, yet we are mired in misery and mediocrity simply because a small percentage of people want to rule rather than govern.

A good example is North Dakota where they are having one of the greatest economic explosions since the 1920’s. There is an oil boom thanks to modern drilling techniques which are making dirt poor farmers into millionaires and unemployed roughnecks working the oil fields making six figures. It is truly a gold rush that nobody is hearing about since the Federal gummit does not want to explain why there is not an even bigger gold rush or why it is trying to stop it. There are thousands of side jobs such as construction and support businesses popping up in that area to house and service these workers which are in short supply and making very good incomes. This is the best success story in the last fifty years that nobody is hearing about.

A few years ago oil explorers came upon the Bakken shale formation where it is estimated lies 24 billion barrels of extractable oil. In addition to this massive oil find it is estimated there is an equal amount of natural gas making it one of the largest finds in the world. This should be brought on board with the help of the Feds to make life easier and more productive throughout the economy and help the people suffering in this malaise. Rather, the EPA and every other District of Corruption communist agency is trying to shut it down and stopping the Keystone Pipeline which could take it to the waiting refineries in Houston. This is why we have artificially high unemployment rates.

The federal gummit is attempting to put a moratorium on this find using the phony fracking is dangerous argument even though they have used fracking since the early twentieth century with no valid problems. The only thing standing in the way of full development of this massive oil discovery is the uncertainty caused by the Fed of shutting down this resource to satisfy the environmental zeolots. There is no possibility of the fracking chemicals getting into the water supply since it is separated by ten thousand feet of bedrock and has been since the earth was created. It is simply another red herring they are using to stop the ability to bring domestic energy to the marketplace where it is desperately needed.

There are a number of these finds being located throughout the west. They have discovered one in the Colorado and Utah area called the Green River find which holds perhaps a larger reservoir of oil and NatGas as well which could push America to an economic foundation to provide other industries reasonable and plentiful fuel well into the future. Only one problem stands in the way which is DC and the environmental communists who want to shut this economy down. Without their interference we would be developing these resources as well as the supporting infrastructure such as pipelines and refineries to bring this economic lifeblood to market.

The environmentalists who are well funded by the Saudis and others have convinced America that anything to do with oil is bad and harmful to the environment. This has been done for decades with little or no proof such as Global Warming, yet have been able to convince a large enough minority to promote this falsehood to the general population. They have combined a religious belief in protecting Mother Earth and the Three Pillars (media, academia, the DNC) to make people believe if you are doing anything they label harmful to the earth, it becomes a pariah. They are now attempting to make Fracking and the Keystone pipeline that pariah and shut them down. These are extremely powerful forces which have brought this country to the brink of economic catastrophe and they see this as another push in that direction.

These are the same people who claim Christians have no business in the political halls when they are the most zealous fanatics of their religion in America. They are the Taliban of religious bullies making people who do not worship the earth having to be forced to worship it. Making people who oppose abortion on moral and religious reasons pay for abortions. There is no scientific proof to their claims as we find over and over, yet we still forced to suffer massive economic and personal restrictions due to their religious proclamations. There are no actual cases of fracking causing damage to our ground water, but if an environmentalist claims there could be damage we have to shut down the production until proven otherwise. If an environmentalist claims there is the slightest possibility of a spill from the Keystone pipeline even with hundreds of thousands of miles of pipelines to disprove this claim, we have to shut down the Keystone and all of its economic benefit due to his fundamental belief.

This is a religious Taliban similar to the crazies who run Iran. These Enviro-Mullahs who are the Dirt Worshipers make declarations based upon their beliefs and the government dictates according to those proclamations. We are actually under a Government Theocracy wrapped in a cloud which is created by the Three Pillars. They all work in conjunction with the common goal of defeating Capitalism and replacing it with their Communist Theocracy which they have nearly completed. This group is extremely hostile to oil and fossil fuels which they view as the biggest threat to the world when in reality they are.

There is only one reason we do not have full employment and that is our gummit. If we were to develop and manage our massive resources we would not only come out of our malaise, but would have the fastest growing economy in the world. Like Jacob Marley, chain by chain we have bound ourselves into this situation we are in which has been carefully dictated by the Three Pillars and their fellow zealots over the last century. We are now at a very dangerous point and need a number of factors to get us out of this snare. One of the first steps we can take is to develop and manage our natural resources starting with energy such as the Bakken formation and the Keystone pipeline to begin the hard trek back from the brink.

Pray for America

Note: The above opinion is not necessarily my own, but FReeper Bray’s. If you wish to discuss this, please ping Bray.

So far what I’ve heard-and the fact they’re being fed it by the architects of how Benghazi turned out is what’s really sickening-is that there is a heightened sense of alert because of the “lessons of Benghazi”.

Good morning AB, All.

As always, thank you AB for doing this thread.

Good to check in every Sunday, be with like-minded folks.

Bought a house this week, indeed. In daughter and my name, right across the road from me. Love my daughter, indeed I do, but more than anything, I love that granddaughter of mine, an exceptionally well-behaved child who will soon be attending school with a 50% hispanic student ration but way I see it, Kaitlyn will become a better person for it.

Moving the crowd to the greatest place to live, Sussex County Delaware, where the property taxes on BOTH of my properties is less than one thousand bucks a year, I am not making this up.

Also no sales taxes and income taxes are very low.

Course we got the tourists and I curse them beginning around Memorial Day and don’t stop un Labor Day, you should smile.

I called up Sussex county’s Administrator of Boundaries and Zoning or some such. I’d been disputing with brand new fine, fine neighbors behind me from New Jersey where they taxed themselves out of existence than move here to cause good citizens like myself no end of grief over a bogus survey.

How that bureaucrat answered me will shock you….HE HATES ME!

Why, because I questioned his unelected power?

Will tell story later.

I’m a bit taken aback cause folks, take on those with power and they fight back like poisoned vipers.

For now I’m still reeling over the “phony” scandals and wondering why our elected guys aren’t out and about and excoriating whoever considers four very real dead Americans as being phony.

No McConnell holding news conferences, calling down Obama. Boehner was last seen with a beer entering a tanning booth.

This is why the powerful hate me. Not because I mock them, no, lots of us do.

Do you think it was me calling him Emperor Pettyjohn that filled him with such ire>

Wallace lauds the unemployment numbers drop from the 8% range to the 7% range.

[Wallace fails to mention the massive number who have dropped out of the workforce. It is smaller now than it was 5 years ago.]

Cantor reminds Wallace that the government does not create jobs, the private sector does.

Wallace says none of the bills the Republicans in the House have passed had any hope of passing the Senate or being signed by the President.

Rant on.

I have no television. I do have satellite radio and sometimes listen to the audio of Fox News on channel 114.

It’s often intolerable when they play some sort of “musical” sound effects at the same time they are reading a story. Don’t get me started on 3 or 4 people talking at once and the half witted ad libs and raucous laughter.

Fortunately, BBC is on 118 and there, at least, I can hear some actual news reporting that does not constantly insult my intelligence.

Rant off.

Brilliant piece that had to be stated!

It's all part of the war on capitalism and the war on the middle and lower classes the commiecrats are waging at full warp speed.

The jobs created by the oil/gas boom could easily provide employment for those who are now on welfare. Another thing that needs to be stated of the jobs created over 70% are part time useless burger flipper types. Yet another Problem is that welfare is becoming so profitable and those on it are being given so much money/benefits that unless you earn between 50k and 100k its more worthwhile to stay on welfare.

Needless to say the regime will keep advocating the destruction of capitalism without actually coming out and saying it.

Every state of the union address where barky keeps saying the answers to our problems are through govt. building roads, bridges and other stuff we don't have money for is the same as saying death to capitalism.

FR mail for ya buddy.

Don’t get me started on 3 or 4 people talking at once

The FoxNews programs used to be bad about they [and they may still be].

I watched Cavuto's afternoon program for a while. One day, he had 4 guests in windows on the screen. As the program continued, 2, then 3, then all 4 of the guests were talking/yelling over each other. That went on for 7 minutes. Cavuto never once stepped in.

That wasn't the first time Cavuto allowed guests to talk over each other without his intervening.

That was several years ago, and I have not listened to his program since. I don't want to waste my time listening to people talking/yelling over each other.

Senator DeMint can really get a message condensed to irrefutable words. Example: Obamacare = Unfair, Unworkable, Unpopular

A good suggestion for chants and posters at town hall meetings if any congressmen have them during the five week break from DC.

The first thing you learn on radio when interviewing is that more than one guest is a waste of time. It's not much better on TV. Its also why most of the better hosts are solo acts.Rush, Hannity, Levin,Laura,Beck--even though he lets his buddies do his show half the time. It is called the Glen Beck show. Too bad he doesn't get why.

It's all designed for one caller and one host.Everyone is on board at that moment, add more and you get less.

One could drive a truck through the inconsistencies with this administration.

The trouble is that many 'across the aisle' are have also become inconsistent. Ask of the politicians 'who stands for what' and all you get are crickets chirping and deer-caught-in-the-headlights stares.

If Congress and the President really wanted to take a chunk out of the national debt and raise revenue, they should tax the under-the-table payoffs many in Washington are getting.

Obama and his commies WANT more and more dependent on the US Gummint for their subsistence. That way the RATS stay in control - we are way past the tipping point and Obozo knows it

A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship. Unverified quote of Alexander Tytler

“Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?”.

Mr. Franklin replied, “A republic, madam – if you can keep it.”

In fact, now that Pennsylvania and Ohio allow "fracking," the result is economies of BOTH states are starting to turn around, especially with natural gas production. Meanwhile, Gov. Andrew Cuomo not allowing fracking is causing upper New York state to fall into economic hard times.

Exactly, our side has a decided leadership deficit(and that's a huge understatement). While on the other side these guys have their act together so well that we can barely react to what they have devised over a period of years.

Obam/hillarycare a perfect example.

Devised by lawyers,no doctors allowed, over a period of 20 years it's no wonder we don't know how to react act or counter it!

We have no leadership much less long range planners, its a miracle our party still exists!

Yes, in the case of Benghazi he claims when the call came in he immediately gave the order to do everything possible, yet we know it was a half-hour into the 5 o’clock meeting with Panetta before they decided which option to pursue, which is 1 hour and 40 minutes after what must have been a frantic call to Washington from a guard who had seen the attackers breaching the compound with machine guns. Just what before and after that meeting was going on? And why couldn’t Panetta get any results to assist after the decision was made?
