A school bus driver can be heard on surveillance footage pleading for help from a dispatcher as he witnessed a 13-year-old viciously attacked by three older teens.
"You've got to get somebody here –quick, quick, quick," John Moody said. "They are about to beat this boy to death."
The victim came away from the July 9 beating with two black eyes and a fractured hand, according to WFLA. Authorities charged the three suspects, all 15-year-old boys, with aggravated battery and one of them with unarmed robbery.

Other versions of the story are that the beaters were black boys, beating up a white boy.
In today’s politically correct world, if the bus driver had intervened, he could.have been charged with assault and battery himself. And if he were white, charged with violating the civil rights of the black boys doing the beating.
School authorities are not allowed to physically touch a student for any reason nowadays. Otherwise they can be charged with assault themselves. And these kids know it. Part of the reason schools have such discipline problems. Especially the feral kids have no fear of anyone in authority.
If a bus driver physically engages a student, he/she will likely be brought up on assault charges. The School WILL NOT protect the bus driver in these cases and they will be terminate for violating policy.
As other posters have noted, the bus driver is probably under orders not to intervene and would have been fired (or worse) if he had.
And, after Zimmerman, who in their right mind would ever intercede when a crime is being committed?

The local schools have been trying to hire drivers. I don't apply, because the only thing that can be done legally is to do what this driver did.

Most employers fire employees who defend THEMSELVES against assault or robbery.
I am sure this bus driver did the best he could.

It appears the feral Amish are at it again. The school bus population all appears to be black, however you can’t see the victim. Looks like the MSM has intentionally edited the different videos which appear to be from cell phone cams and the bus itself. Looks as though they are attempting to conceal the race of the victim though I would guess he’s either black or mixed looking at the other students on the bus. Dont think I’ve seen a better example of a reason for the U.S. to go back to segregation.

Even though the video has been heavily edited by the MSM you can hear what sounds like a white youth calling out for help. According to some news report the ferals began beatingon him hen he reported to the bus driver that one of them had tried to sell him drugs. This stupiity is getting way out of hand and the media i’snt helping. I predict numerous Zimmerman incidents in th next few weeks where attackers will get what they have coming...

attempted murder. clearly. 3 on 1. disparity of force would have allowed the kid, if armed, to shoot the three attackers. they had numbers, they had element of surprise attack, and they were bigger than him, and attacking two and three at the same time. under these cases even if they had just been all getting ready to come at him he could have shot them.
Always remember disparity of force. it is a legally recognized reason for shooting when the attackers aren’t even armed with a gun, or anything. If you’re old, if you are legally blind without glasses, if you are disabled, if you are currently injured, if you are a small person,
if the attackers are multiple, regardless of the above,
if they surprise/ambush you,
remember you don’t have to let them injure you before you can fight back, and under disparity of force reasons, you can respond with a higher level of force than they may have (weaponry) because of their advantages of number, strength, and your own disadvantages.
The bus driver was following the policy of calling for help. That call and following that policy was a good thing.
Now to discuss if he should have interfered further. With today’s legal society, it is highly likely that if he was physically able to prevent the fight, he would have been sued for assault on a child and if not that, then it would be very likely to lose his job.
It is also possible that the 3 feral animals would have turned on him and attacked him leading to injury perhaps even death. A gang of 15 year old dope dealing teens is a dangerous situation.
I do not fault the man for not stepping in. I fault the system for creating a no win situation.

I saw an early unedited video of this incident and you could see the victim was unmistakably a Leave it to Beaver white boy.
I’ve noticed the same thing. There’s at least one story of a black-on-white beating or killing per day.

We cannot have the people see the ugly truth - the narrative is that whitey beats nice, sweet little Trayvons while they skip down the street eating Skittles and sipping Arizona Iced Tea and all that.
So, the driver can’t stop the fight and if the child defends himself he would be suspended (and if that suspension happens during midterms/finals it could force the kid to go to summer school or repeat the grade). Is there a solution that doesn’t involve harsh consequences or stupidity? How can the school maintain order if they have no force?
I have heard that there are school systems in other countries that just take problem children like that and put them in sub-standard discipline heavy schools and keep the academic-oriented ones in the good schools. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind it at this point. If a child can’t behave himself in a public setting like that, drastic things need to happen.
Rule number one for a bus driver: don't EVER touch a child. You can thank liberal indoctrination for that, but that will often lead to instant dismissal and you never know what someone will decide regarding liability.
